Before launching my consulting practice, I spent years in senior HR leadership roles working closely with executive teams and boards in both union and non-union environments. After leading a board-level succession planning workshop, my boss pulled me aside and said, “You should bottle that up and sell it.” Those words stayed with me and ultimately became the inspiration for starting this practice.

That moment clarified how I wanted to work and the kind of support leaders actually need. Today, I bring calm, straight talk, and steady guidance to moments that matter; helping leaders make thoughtful, sustainable people decisions that are intentional and built to last.
